I will break it down by alphabetical order. I will give notable pick then analysis

Arizona Cardinals- B+

1st Rd- 5th Overall- OT Levi Brown - Penn St
2nd Rd- 33rd Ovl- DT Alan Branch - Michigan
3rd Rd - 69th Ovl- LB Buster Davis - Florida St
5th Rd- 142nd Ovl- WR Steve Breaston - Michigan

The Cardinal addressed a huge need in Levi Brown. The needed an OT and since Joe Thomas was picked by Cleveland they took the second best OL prospect in the draft. They got a steal in Alan Branch in the second round some people had him as a top 15 pick. He is big and should help that defense immediately. Picking up Steve Breaston in the 5th round was big now they have a viable 3rd option at WR. Good draft for Arizona it looks like they are finally on the way up.

Atlanta Falcons- B+

1st Rd 8th Overall- DE Jamaal Anderson - Arkansas
2nd Rd 39th Ovl- OG Justin Blalock - Texas
2nd Rd 41st Ovl- CB Chris Houston - Arkansas

Atlanta had a good draft too. Jamaal Anderson is a good fit for them because he can also play DT and not just DE. Blalock is a huge pick they can finally protect Michael Vick. Picking Anderson's defensive teammate Chris Houston two picks later was huge Chris Houston is first round talent.and with him and DeAngelo Hall in the defensive back field it will be hard to pass on the Falcons. The should get good production out of their first three picks

Baltimore Ravens- B-

1st Round 29th Overall- OG Ben Grubbs - Auburn
5th Rd 174th Ovl- QB Troy Smith - Ohio St
6th Rd 207th Ovl- LB Prescott Burgess - Michigan

Baltimore helped themselves to the best guard in the draft. Shoring up that offensive line was a priority for them. The mid-round picks were reaches. I like picking Troy Smith on the last pick of the 5th round. He maybe the future QB of the Ravens.. He will be able to learn under Steve McNair for a couple more years, then he should be able to take over the team. I also like the Burgess pick so late. He has 3rd round talent and will be a special teams player for a year or two but he could contribute.

Buffalo Bills- A-

1st Round 12th Overall- RB Marshawn Lynch - California
2nd Rd 34th Ovl- LB Paul Posluszny - Penn St
3rd Rd 92nd Ovl- QB Trent Edwards - Stanford

The Bills scored big and fill some big holes they had after trading McGahee and Spikes. Marshawn Lynch has the potential to be a great back. I think he can rush for over 1200 yards and he is a game breaker. Posluszny is a great pick too. They traded up to get him and they need him he can fill the void that Spikes left on defense and can become the lead of that defense in a couple of years. Edwards is another great pick you can groom him for a couple of year and let him loose. I don't think J.P. Losman is that good of a QB but they like him, Edwards has the ability to take his job.

Carolina Panthers- A+

1st Round 25th Overall- LB Jon Beason - Miami (FL)
2nd Rd 45th Ovl- WR Dwayne Jarrett - Southern Cal
2nd Rd 59th Ovl- C Ryan Kalil - Southern Cal
3rd Rd 83rd Ovl- DE Charles Johnson - Georgia
5th Rd 164th Ovl- LB Tim Shaw - Penn St

Carolina had the best draft. The reason why is they got value at every single pick they had. They trade down in the first round and still got their guy Beason who is an absolute beast. This kid is good. Then 20 picks later they get the second best WR in the draft Dwayne Jarrett. Who will be their 3rd WR this year but will learn under Smith and Johnson and become their #2 WR next year. They also draft the best center in the draft Ryan Kalil. his is a great center and is a steal. Charles Johnson falling late to them in the 3rd is another great pick up with an aging Mike Rucker (injury prone too). Then in the 5th round get Tim Shaw who in a couple of years will be a good LB for them. This year he is a special teamer. Carolina just made themselves good again with this draft.

Chicago Bears- C+

1st Round 31st Overall- TE Greg Olsen - Miami (FL)
3rd Rd 93rd Ovl- RB Garrett Wolfe - Northern Illinois
4th Rd 130th Ovl- OG Josh Beekman - Boston College

Chicago got a good pick in Greg Olsen but they didn't do much else in this draft. Wolfe is an undersized RB who I don't know if he can play at the next level. I don't think he will be better than a backup. Beekman is a good pickup but he is also a project. I think the Bears had a bad draft.

Cincinnati Bengals- B-

1st Round 18th Overall- CB Leon Hall - Michigan
2md Rd 49th Ovl- RB Kenny Irons - Auburn

The Bengals had two great picks in Hall and Irons. Hall is the best CB in the draft and has the potential to be as good as Ty Law, Kenny Irons gives them a good backup RB with no injury issues. He is the change of pace back they needed. But the rest of their draft was terrible. The went with character guys but the wrong ones they could have drafted Rufus Alexander and didnt which i think was a mistake. Really good top picks of their draft horrible late picks,

Cleveland Browns- A-

1st Round 3rd Overall- OT Joe Thomas - Wisconsin
1st Rd 22nd Ovl- QB Brady Quinn - Notre Dame
2nd Rd 53rd Ovl - CB Eric Wright - UNLV

Cleveland was smart. Drafting Thomas first. They made it apparent that they needed help at a bigger glaring hole. The move up to #22 to take Quinn is good for them. I think Derek Anderson will start the year and Quinn will take over about week 8 or so. I personally think giving up next years 1st round pick was to much. they might have another top 5 pick and get a better play maker. Drafting Wright in the 2nd round is a stretch. He has character issues that make Pac-Man Jones look like a good guy. But he has top 15 talent. We will see if they can change him

Dallas Cowboys- B

1st Round 26th Overall- DE Anthony Spencer - Purdue
3rd Rd 67th Ovl- OT James Marten - Boston College
4th Rd 103rd Ovl- Isiah Stanback - Washington

Dallas had a decent draft especially since they will almost be guaranteed a top 10 pick buy trading out of the 22 spot to Cleveland. Spencer is a good player. Now they have to awesome DE's in Marcus Spears and Spencer. They will get good pressure on the QB. Marten has upside he probably won't play right away but can learn from vets on that team. Stanback is an intresting pick. He won't play QB in the NFL but will play WR. He has a chance to be their #3 WR. Not many Cowboys fans know this but Patrick Crayton was a college QB. So they have someone to help the transition, Not an impressive draft but a good one

Denver Broncos- B

1st Round 17th Overall - DE Jarvis Moss - Florida
2nd Rd 56th Ovl- DE Tim Crowder - Texas
3rd Rd 70th Ovl- OT Ryan Harris - Notre Dame
4th Rd 121st Ovl- DT Marcus Thomas - Florida

Denver had an ok draft. Moss is a good pick for them. Crowder isn't to bad either. He is very inconsistent, which is also the knock on Moss. Ryan Harris isn't a bad pick. Fun fact Harris was on MTV's true life he senior year in HS. Marcus Thomas was kicked off the Gators this year and they still won the national title so how good is he really? They had a decent draft, I think they should have drafted a LB to fill Al Wilson's departure

Detroit Lions- B+

1st Round 2nd Overall- WR Calvin Johnson - Georgia Tech
2nd Rd 43rd Ovl- QB Drew Stanton - Michigan St.
2nd Rd 61st Ovl- S Gerald Alexander - Boise St.
7th Rd 255th Ovl- CB Ramzee Robinson - Alabama

Detroit surprise surprise took a WR in the first round now 4 out of the last 5 years. But Calvin Johnson is special best player in the draft I don't blame them. I think picking Drew Stanton was a reach I would have picked Edwards from Stanford he would have been a better choice. Alexander from Boise St is a good pick he is a ball hawk very good player and Ramzee Robinson is Mr. Irrelevant the last pick in the draft. Good draft by Detroit the first time in 5 years or so you could say that

Green Baty Packers- F

1st round 16th Overall- DT Justin Harrell - Tennessee
2nd Rd 61st Ovl- RB Brandon Jackson - Nebraska
3rd Rd 89th Ovl- S Aaron Rouse - Virginia Tech
6th Rd 191st Ovl- LB Kory Hall - Boise St

The Packers are stupid. They could have had Robert Meachem the WR out of Tennessee to help Favre on offense. But they went with a guy who was injured most of all last year and may not be the same. RB Brandon Jackson isn't to bad of a pick they should have tried to trade a lot of their picks for San Diego's backup Michael Turner. Rouse is a good safety but is a project. I do like the pick of Kory Hall he was a good LB at Boise St and can be a good special teams player this year and maybe get some playing time. But they packers really screwed up this draft.

Houston Texans- B-

1st Round 10th Overall- DT Amobe Okoye - Louisville
3rd Rd 73rd Ovl- WR Jacoby Jones - Lane

Let's be honest the Texans were losers besides pikcing Okoye. Okoye is 19 years old.. When he is 21 I think he will be dominate. He needs to learn how to play in the league but he is so young. He graduated college at 19. Him and Mario Williams will be a force in the league. I don't know about Jones but it's a bad pick Washington St's Jason Hill was availible and that's who they should have pick. The Okoye was a great pick but the rest of the draft was bad but still warrants a B minus.

Indianapolis Colts- B-

1st Round 32nd Overall- WR Anothony Gonzalez - Ohio St.
3rd Rd 95th Ovl- CB Daymeion Hughes - California
3rd Rd 98th Ovl- DT Quinn Pitcock - Ohio St.

The champs took WR Anthony Gonzalez with their first pick which I don't think is a bad pick but they could have got LB Paul Posluszny and fill the hole Cato June left and still got Gonzalez in the 2nd round. But Gonzalez is the second best route runner in the draft some say he's the best. This is what I do know he will be better than Stokely who left for Denver. Hughes is a steal in the 3rd round. Hughes is a 1st round talent who ran a bad 40. He is a good CB. I also the pick up of Pitcock a guy who can learn under McFarland and be a good backup. I think he could be as good as Larry Triplett when he was there. Triplett was a good DT for them

Jacksonville Jaguars- B

1st Round 21st Overall- S Reggie Nelson - Florida
2nd Rd 48th Ovl- LB Justin Durant - Hampton
5th Rd 150th Ovl- S Josh Gattis - Wake Forest

I like the fact that the Jags traded down and acquired picks and they got the second best safety Reggie Nelson who fills the gap that Deon Grant left when he bolted to Seattle. Durant looks like he may start this year. He is fast and can hit hard, He maybe the Demeco Ryans of this draft this kid has a lot of upside. The Gattis pick is nice adds depth to the thin safety position they have. A good solid draft for the Jags I don't think they hurt themselves at all

Kansas City Chiefs- C+

1st Round 23rd Overall- WR Dwayne Bowe - LSU
2nd Rd 54th Ovl- DT Turk McBride - Tennessee
3rd Rd 82nd Ovl- DT Tank Taylor - North Carolina St.

I like them taking Bowe. They finally drafted a WR period. So many years they passed but they got a good one. I think he was the 3rd best WR in the draft. They obviously they think Ryan Sims is a bust drafting two decent DT's in the 2nd and 3rd round. Both will compete maybe will start. But I just don't think they needed both. With Willie Roaf retiring they needed some OL help.

Miami Dolphins- F-

1st Round 9th Overall- WR Ted Ginn Jr. - Ohio St
2nd Rd 40th Ovl- QB John Beck - BYU
3rd Rd 71st Ovl- RB Lorenzo Booker

Why did they have the worst draft? Well they could have had Brady Quinn and Dwayne Jarrett. Instead they end up with Ginn Jr and Beck? Ginn Jr is the worst pick in the first round since the Jets took Kyle Brady. Beck is a good QB and will need a year or two but Quinn is argubly better. Ginn Jr. is the 4th best WR in the draft and will primarily be used as a returner. Booker is a good pick up for a backup RB. But terrible draft for the Phins.

Minnesota Vikings- B+

1st Round 7th Overall- RB Adrian Peterson - Oklahoma
2nd Rd 44th Ovl- WR Sidney Rice - South Carolina
3rd Rd 72nd Ovl- CB Marcus McCauley - Fresno St.
6th Rd 176th Ovl- LB Rufus Alexander - Oklahoma

I like what the Vikes did. Peterson is a franchise RB. Sidney Rice would have been a top 15 pick if he would have stayed in college next year, He is good though a lot of upside. McCauley should be the nickel corner they need. And I love Rufus Alexander in the 6th round. I really like this kid. He is fast and hits hard and was Oklahoma's defensive leader. Good draft for the Vikings and drafting the favorite for the offensive rookie of the year

New England Patriots- A

1st Round 24th Overall- S Brandon Meriweather - Miami (FL)
7th Rd 211th Ovl- LB Oscar Lua - Southern Cal

Why are the Patriots so good? They trade for Randy Moss for a 4th round draft pick. Picking Meriweather in the 1st round is a good pick up he does have character issues I think New England will fix that. Oscar Lua is a good LB should make the team. Excellent Draft, the Patriots look unbeatable next year Super Bowl Favorites

New Orleans Saints- B

1st Round 27th Overall- WR Robert Meachem - Tennessee
4th Rd 107th Ovl- RB Antonio Pittman - Ohio St

The Saints didn't do much outside of Meachem. He makes that offense even better hard to imagine. With that pick up I think they might have the best offense in the league. Pittman is a good pick up I think they are thinking life after Duece McAllister with that pick why not coach him up for a couple of years then make him the backup when Duece leaves. Decent draft for the Saints they didn't hurt themselves at all.

New York Giants- B+

1st Round 20th Overall- CB Aaron Ross - Texas
2nd Rd 51st Ovl- WR Steve Smith - Southern Cal
5th Rd 153rd Ovl- TE Kevin Boss- Western Oregon
6th Rd 189th Ovl- OT Adam Koets - Oregon St

I love the Giants first two picks. Filling two needs Ross was the 2nd best CB in the draft. He has good hands and good speed. He is just a good cover guy. Steve Smith was the best route runner in the draft. He gives the Giants a #2 WR now. Toomer is on the downside of his career and he can teach Smith how to be a good WR. Boss is a great pick up in the 5th round good backup to Shockey. He is sure handed but needs help with his blocking. Koets is a good blocker who is a project in the NFL but could start for them in the future. The G-Men filled holes and had a good draft

New York Jets- B-

1st Round 14th Overall- CB Darrelle Revis - Pittsburgh
2nd Rd 47th Ovl- LB David Harris - Michigan

The Jets gave up way to much to take Revis as the first CB when I think he was the 3rd best CB in the draft. They could have had Leon Hall which would have been better. I love the trade up to get LB Harris. He is a stud him and Vilma will year it up. The Jets hurt themselves by trading some many picks to get Revis and in the long run I think it will hurt them.

Oakland Raiders- B

1st Round 1st Overall- QB JaMarcus Russel - LSU
2nd Rd 38th Ovl- TE Zach Miller - Arizona St
4th Rd 100th Ovl- RB Michael Bush - Louisville

Russell was the smart pick he has a lot of upside. But trading Randy Moss when you get the cannon armed Russell makes this draft kind of a failure. Miller is a good TE kind of a pre-madonna Jeremy Shockey but not as talented. and Michael Bush if he comes back to 100% is the steal of the draft hands down. He would have been the 2nd Best RB in the draft if he break his leg last year. But they did get WR Mike Williams and QB Josh McNown from Detroit for a 4th round pick but how will they pan out? And trading Moss is a bad move when you get Russell

Philadelphia Eagles- F-

2nd Round 36th Overall- QB Kevin Kolb - Houston

Wow you have Kelly Holcomb and AJ Feeley as good backups so what did the eagles do? take the 5th best QB in the draft and their first pick and the 3rd QB drafted. Would be the worst draft but what Miami could have had makes them the worst

Pittsburgh Steelers B+

1st Round 15th Overall- LB Lawrence Timmons - Florida St
2nd Rd 46th Ovl- LB Lamarr Woodley - Michigan
7th Rd 227th Ovl- WR Dallas Baker - Florida

I love the Steelers draft. The add Timmons since they let go of Porter this was a good move. But they take Woodley in the second round. He is a hybrid player. A poor man's Shaun Merriman. He can play DE and LB I think he will be good. WR Dallas Baker could make the team they aren't deep at the WR position by any means he could be a good pick from the 7th round

San Diego Chargers- C

1st Round 30th Overall- WR Craig Davis - LSU
2nd Rd 37th Ovl- S Eric Weddle - Utah
7th Rd 240th Ovl- LB Brandon Siler - Florida

The make a bad pick by taking Davis he maybe good but Dwayne Jarrett should have went here. He would have been their #1 WR. And then they make a terrible trade up to get Safety Eric Weddle. Both players have upside and they have a good coaching staff so they aren't that bad of picks. I do like Siler in the 7th he should make the team and contribute on special teams

San Francisco 49ers- A-

1st Round 12th Overall- LB Patrick Willis - Mississippi
1st Rd 28th Ovl- OT Joe Staley - Central Michigan
3rd Rd 76th Ovl- WR Jason Hill - Washington St
5th Rd 147 Ovl- CB Tarell Brown - Texas

I love the 49ers draft. They take an absolute stud in Patrick Willis. Then make a pretty bad deal to get Staley but they need Staley. He fills a hole on the OL so now Alex Smith and Frank Gore can be more productive. The did trade for WR Darrell Jackson from Seattle which is huge and they selected Jason Hill. Hill will probably be their #2 WR this year. They took a gamble when they could afford to on Brown he has character issues but is a 2nd round talent. great draft the 49ers are on their way to being great again.

Seattle Seahawks- D-

2nd Round 55th Overall- DB Josh Wilson - Maryland
3rd Rd 85th Ovl- DT Brandon Mebane - California

They trade away their best WR last year to a division rival and they pick a CB who will probably not see much time he could be their 3rd CB. Mebane has shown flashes of being good but way inconsistent. But the fact they make the 49ers better makes this draft a failure.

St. Louis Rams- B

1st Round 13th Overall- DE Adam Carriker - Nebraska
2nd Rd 52nd Ovl- FB/RB Brian Leonard - Rutgers

They get Carriker who can play DE and DT he is that big, fast and strong. Leonard may become the next Mike Allstott. Good picks at the top of the draft they also got some guys who are develop players. Which thats what the late rounds are for. Good Draft for the Rams

Tampa Bay Buccaneers- B+

1st Round 4th Overall- DE Gaines Adams
2nd Rd 35th Ovl- OG Arron Sears - Tennessee
2nd Rd 64th Ovl- S Sabby Piscitelli - Oregon St
4th Rd 106th Ovl- DB Tarnard Jackson - Syracuse

The Bucs get a B+ for more what they DIDN'T do. They didn't ransom their draft off for Calvin Johnson. Instead they Draft the best defensive player in the draft. I was surprised they passed on Dwayne Jarrett also they still have a weakness at WR but they shored up the OL again by taking Sears. Piscitelli is a John Lynch type safety and should thrive in the Tampa Cover 2. And Tanard Jackson looks like the next Dwight Smith from their Super Bowl Team. A nickel guy who can play corner or safety/ but the Bucs get a good grade for filling holes and not risking the franchises future

Tennessee Titans- C

1st Round 19th Overall- S Michael Griffin - Texas
2nd Rd 50th Ovl- RB Chris Henry - Arizona
3rd Rd 80th Ovl- WR Paul Williams - Fresno St.

I don't like what they did. Another team who passed on Robert Meachem. He was the hometown kid who they should have drafted to give Vince Young a good WR. Henry was a workout warrior I don't know how he will do. He was very inconsistent at Arizona. The pick of Paul Williams was desperation because they blew it on Meachem and they need a WR. He had a great junior year but struggle as a senior. Their top picks all have good upside but were all reaches

Washington Redskins- B-

1st Round 6th Overall- S LaRon Landry - LSU
5th Rd 143rd Ovl- LB Dallas Startz

I like the pick of Landry. He and Sean Taylor as safeties are dangerous. But they can't get higher than a B- because they only had one pick in the first 4 rounds. Startz is a good pick up. should make the team, he is a very athletic LB

So there are my draft grades. It only took me 3 hours to do it. I hope you enjoyed and let me know what you think
